CATCH was founded by Melissa Popovich Coffey in 2023. 

A sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience across several verticals, Melissa’s career has been filled with dynamic challenges, robust opportunities and leadership roles.

As a former collegiate athlete, Melissa has pursued her professional career much like she did sports, with a dedication to the hustle and a pursuit of excellence.

Her career was formed in the early days via marketing roles in the Powersports and Bicycle industries as she touched many notable brands, FOX Factory, Bell Helmets, Sidi and Easton to name a few. It was in these roles that Melissa crafted her marketing skills and brand building expertise.

A desire to want to make a difference and a curious nature of operational management found Melissa spending her next 14 years running a well established non-profit organization. While zeroing in on revenue management and organizational structure, Melissa further developed into a team leader while building a scalable business.

With a yearning to return to an active lifestyle brand, Melissa was open to recruitment back into the Powersports world, this time as a founding employee of an early start up. She went on to build multiple teams & departments, drive organizational growth & oversee global revenue. It was in this role that Melissa was recognized with an industry award, “Women With Spark”, which acknowledges women in the industry who are forward-thinking leaders.   

Melissa’s desire to start CATCH has been a long time in the making and founded upon her tenure & track record of building successful teams & producing results. It is an opportunity to bring the very best of her sales and marketing expertise to organizations who need fractional or full-time help. It is in this capacity that many other organizations can experience her passion for winning and unstoppable drive.

In her free time, you’ll find Melissa with her girls, immersed in their busy life of sports and activities. She is a lover of the beach and the outdoors, where Lake Tahoe is a frequent destination. Beyond that, Melissa has a deep appreciation for music, movies, travel and the many traditions she’s building with her family.
